We begin with ceremonial cacao, which gently opens the heart and helps you quiet down. Then we sit in a circle, breathe together and give ourselves space for whatever comes.

It’s an evening about being together, without rushing and without judgement.

For women who want to slow down, connect with themselves and feel the support of the circle. You don’t need any preparation.

What to bring

Something warm to wear and an open heart. Cacao and blankets are waiting for you on site.
